Privilege Partner's online registration is mandatory for being eligible for payout.

Booking of a unit/flat through a Privilege Partner will be recognized only if: An authorized representative of the Privilege Partner accompanies the client during their 1st visit at sales office.

Privilege Partner must ensure that your customer acknowledges in writing your name & role on the customer registration form (CRF) and booking form, which should be authenticated by our CRM Team.

Payout can be claimed by the Privilege Partner through an invoice duly signed and stamped by the Authorized Signatories

Payout will be made in favor of the registered name of Privilege Partner as per the company records.

Privilege Partner will remain exclusively mapped with a particular customer for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of first site/Office visit together.

Breach of any of the above terms and conditions would lead to forfeiture of any unpaid payout and entitle developer to take necessary actions as it may deem fit.

Management at its discretion may change or amend any schemes. The changed or amended schemes will be effective from the date mentioned therein.
